Vitreous Glass Inc. announced in mid-October 2009 that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of USD 0.12 per common share to be paid to shareholders of record as of the close of business on 2 November 2009, on 16 November 2009. Even if this is a special Dividend, depending on the results of business, the Corporation says it hopes to be able to continue to pay dividends on a regular basis. Vitreous Glass had approximately 5,993,667 common shares issued and outstanding as at 15 October 2009.
