12 March 1998: Spanish glass firm Vidriera Leonesa (Vilesa) started screen trade recently, after a public share offering for a 31.9% stake of its capital, or 1.1 million shares. The firm told stock market commission CNMV that it set prices for the offering at Pta 2,950 per share for the retail holding, while institutions will pay Pta 3,075 per share. Retail investors were sold 889,522 shares, while institutions got 222,381 shares.
