Switzerland“s Vetropack Holding AG has no plans for a one-share, one-vote system, its chief executive officer Claude Cornaz said in an interview with Swiss financial newspaper Finanz und Wirtschaft on 1 February 2006. “Our goal is to keep Vetropack independent,” Mr. Cornaz says in the interview. His family holds 71% of the voting rights but only 40% of the capital in the container glass manufacturer.
