Vetropack Hostomel announced on 10 September 2009 that the shareholders of the company had re-elected Dmytro Oliinyk as chairperson of the supervisory board. Oliinyk, who owns 8% of company shares, took this post in 2006. The stockholders also re-elected Claude Cornaz as deputy chairperson of the supervisory board and Marcello Montisci as supervisory board member, while Vetropack Austria Holding AG (Austria) was excused of its duties as supervisory board member, appointing Eduard Steininger and Inge Jost. The company closed 2008 with debts of UAH 143.39 million, while its net revenues increased 36.97% or UAH 112.883 million to UAH 418.218 million compared to 2007. Vetropack Hostomel glass factory is part of Vetropack Group, one of Europe“s leading packaging glass manufacturers, and Vetropack Austria Holding AG owns 79.72% of shares.
