Valmieras Stikla Skiedra fibreglass company sold LVR 2.757 million worth of products during the first two months of the year, an increase of 12.22% year-on-year. Company finance director Imants Saulitis said that in February alone the company sold LVR 1.506 million worth of products which is 33.7% more than during the same period last year. The sales for the first two months of this year account for over 15% from LVR 17.9 million gross sales planned for the whole of the year. During the first two months last year the fibreglass company sold products worth LVR 2.46 million, including LVR 1.127 million in February. In January this year Valmieras stikla Skiedra“s profit was LVR 149,000 on net sales of LVR 1.25 million. Valmieras Stikla Skiedra“s shares are traded on the RSE“s second list. The controlling stake in the company is held by Germany“s Glasseiden GmbH Oshatz.
