Bosnian car windows maker Uniglas has signed a US$ 903,000 contract for deliveries of car windows to Serbian car maker Zastava, the company said on 9 July 2002. Uniglas has so far exported car windows for US$ 54,200 to Zastava since the beginning of 2002 and the contracted deliveries are to be executed by end-2002, Uniglas“s director, Zarko Simic, said. Uniglas has also offered a US$ 2.25 million contract for 250,000 pieces of car windows to Russian car maker VAZ. The company supplied German car maker Volkswagen with car windows prior the 1992-1995 war in Bosnia. Uniglas had 365 workers in 1992, against the present staff of 98.
