Flat glass manufacturer Trakya Cam announced that its board has decided to set up a new company in the city of Bursa. The new enterprise, to be called Trakya Yenisehir Cam Sanayi, will undertake a USD 120 million float glass investment. Trakya Cam and Sise Cam will have stakes of 84.96% and 15% respectively in the new company. The annual production capacity of Trakya Yenisehir Cam will be 200,000 tonnes and its capital is TRL 80 million.
