Turkish glass manufacturer Trakya Cam posted a net profit of TRL 13 trillion for the first quarter of 2002, up from TRL 3.1 trillion posted for the same period of 2001. The company“s net profit totalled TRL 28 trillion for the first nine months of 2001 and TRL 52.5 trillion for the whole of 2001. Trakya Cam is 43.8% owned by glass producer Sisecam and 15.9% owned by commercial bank Is Bank. Trakya Cam specializes in the production of flat glass, auto-glass and mirrors.
