Soda Sanayii, a Turkish producer of materials for glass and paper making, will produce sodium sulphate for use in glass, detergents and textile manufacture. The firm completed its investment to produce 55,000 tons a year of the chemical on 5 June 2008 and has begun trial production, the company said 6 June 2008.
