At an extraordinary general meeting in December, shareholders in Czech Republic glass firm Sklo Bohemia decided to halt public trading of the company“s shares and to convert the shares into bearer shares. Sklo Bohemia has a share capital of Kc 550 billion, and employs a workforce of 1,620 people. It is 51.12% controlled by Bohemia Crystalex Trading and 43.15% by Coutts Bank AG.
