At a recent general meeting, it was decided that Sklarny Kavalier Sazava of the Czech Republic will not pay dividends or bonuses from its after-tax profit of Kc 85.779 million for 1996. Instead, Kc 4.288 million will go to an obligatory reserve fund, Kc 5.836 million will go to a social fund, and Kc 75.654 million will remain undistributed.
