Turkish glassware producer Sisecam has received approval from the Capital Markets Board (SPK) to increase its registered capital to TRL 800 trillion, the company said on 19 April 2002. Sisecam plans a TRL 111.5 trillion bonus issue in 2002, a TRL 195.trillion bonus issue in 2003 and a TRL 235 trillion bonus issue in 2004.
