Chinese window glass maker, Shanghai Lingyun Curtain Wall Science & Technology Co., reported net profits of yuan 75.49 million in the year ended 31 December 2000 versus yuan 90.82 million in 1999. Turnover was yuan 779.41 million versus yuan 813.4 million in 1999. Earnings per share were yuan 0.22 in 2000 versus yuan 0.55 in 1999. The results, audited under domestic accounting standards, were contained in a company statement published in the Shanghai Securities News on 3 April this year, with earnings per share figures on a fully diluted basis. Under international accounting standards, net profits for 2000 were yuan 75.57 million. The report gave no comparative figures.
