Scheuten Solar, a leading and fast growing international high volume manufacturer of total solutions in glass and solar energy systems, has achieved UL Listing, FSEC Certification and CEC Listing for its Multisol P6-54 PV modules. The Californian Energy Commission“s (CEC) PTC (PV USA Test Conditions) rating for the Multisol P6-54 series is 90% of its STC (Factory Standard Test Conditions) nameplate rating, higher than most of all other crystalline modules on the list of CEC eligible PV modules. Moreover, the P6-54 recorded a low NOCT (Nominal Operating Cell Temperature) of 45C with a black frame and black back foil combination. Scheuten Solar is proud to achieve this high level in the PTC rating since it not only reflects the expectation on yield but also is fully in line with the general quality of the product. Scheuten Solar USA is happy to celebrate the milestones of UL Listing, FSEC certification and CEC Listing. After a busy year of preparations and intensive contact with potential customers now is the time to really get things going, said Dave Johnson, president of Scheuten Solar USA. Scheuten has head offices in Venlo, The Netherlands, employs almost 1,800 people and achieved a turnover of EUR 467 million in 2008.
