25 June 1998: The Czech Republic glassware manufacturer Sahm CS expects its turnover to increase by about 20% in 1998 compared to 1997 with exports representing about 40% of the total. The firm saw proceeds of Kc 250 million in 1997, Kc 100 million more than in 1996. The company“s pre-tax profit totalled Kc 14 million in 1997. Sahm CS, which has 135 employees, is a subsidiary of the German firm Sahm.
