Container manufacturer Rockware Glass, of Knottingley, has helped revive the once thriving bottled water industry of England“s oldest spa town. After a 30-year absence Harrogate spa water is back on shop shelves and food service counters in 300ml and 750ml bottles from Rockware. The company, also called Harrogate Spa Water, has invested GBP 3 million in building one of the most up-to-date bottling plants in the country. Its spokesperson added: “We want to be seen as a stylish, contemporary brand and our striking premium packaging is different from anything else on the bottled water fixture.”
