Finnish glass machinery firm Raute Precision has announced orders totalling FM 51 million from two top global glass operations, UK-based Pilkington and Belgian group Glaverbel. During 2001, Raute will deliver a turnkey batch plant and a cullet return system for a Pilkington float glass plant in France. Raute Precision began working with Pilkington in 1987 and has since supplied equipment for ten Pilkington facilities in different parts of the world. The Glaverbel. project, also scheduled for completion in 2001, consists of a cullet return system for a float glass plant.
