6 November 1997: Despite the disruption of an 18 October EGM where management expected to win approval for a control agreement (see “Weekly World News” stories for 23 and 30 October), Didier-Werke AG of Wiesbaden, Germany, and its Austrian parent company Radex-Heraklith Industriebeteiligungs-AG (RHI) are holding fast to their original plans. The integration of Didier into the Radex-Heraklith group would continue without delay, RHI chairman and Didier supervisory board member Walter Ressler said. A new date has yet to be set for a further AGM, necessary before the controlling agreement can be implemented.
