The glass manufacturer“s building products division has leased the 24,340 square meter site from Langtree. It is the largest Industrial sector letting in the north-west in 2007. Howard George, director of industrial agency at CBRE, said: “The introduction of empty property relief will mean that flexible lettings like this may become more popular”.
