A new advanced phenolic glass laminate, MF 22, has been developed by Permali Gloucester Ltd. of the UK. It is produced by the impregnation of non-woven glass with phenolic resin and manufactured in slabstock form. The company claims the product has low density, good insulation properties and dimensional stability in the temperature range -200 to +195C as well as being fire resistant and having low smoke and toxic gas emission properties.
