UK safety and security film products specialist Pentagon Protection PLC said 15 June 2005 that Stephen Harrhy has been appointed to the board as International Sales Director. Harrhy has been promoted from his role as International Sales Director of Pentagon Filmtek Limited. He was previously Sales Director of Filmtek Limited, acquired by Pentagon Protection plc in December 2003, a position he had held for nine years. Harrhy, aged 43, currently holds directorships with Filmtek Limited, Pentagon Glass Technologies Limited, Pentagon Filmtek Limited and Servitek Support Systems Limited. His stake in Pentagon Protection plc amounts to 10,421,052 shares or approximately 6.3% of the issued share capital.
