The UK“s Pentagon Protection Plc, which provides protective glazing products to the automotive, commercial and residential markets, announced 14 July 2004 that three of its directors bought shares in the company. Chairman David Thomas bought 200,000 ordinary shares at GBP 0.055 per share and now holds a total of 40,797,788 shares representing 32.39% of the company“s issued share capital; Chief Executive Graham Bannerman bought 200,000 ordinary shares at GBP 0.055 per share and now holds a total of 9,989,473 shares representing 7.93% of the company“s issued share capital, while non-executive Director Ronald Bambra bought 100,000 ordinary shares at GBP 0.055 per share and now holds a total of 2,915,660 shares representing 2.31% of the company“s issued share capital.
