Shareholders in Russia“s Novosibirsk Ekran have awarded a contract for new glass bottle making equipment to Czech Sklostroj Turnov Cz. The deal is worth EUR 30 million. Shareholders have also approved a loan deal with the Czech Export Bank to finance their obligations to Sklostroj Turnov Cz. The loan is limited to EUR 25.5 million, matures in seven years and carries an annual interest of under 7.0%. A one-time insurance payment is set at 5.5% of the contract.
