The National Glass Association (NGA) has set up a national alliance with Education To Go (ed2go), which will allow the NGA“s best-in-class training and certification programmes to be available, through ed2go“s vast partner network, to students at more than 1,900 US colleges, universities, community organizations and other education providers. The three programmes: Certified Auto Glass Technician, Certified Architectural Glass Technician, and Certified Window and Door Installer, will include almost 200 courses of MyGlassClass.com, the NGA“s online training platform, and the Window & Door Dealers Alliance“s sister site, MyWindowClass.com. Each career training programme also includes a 40-hour unpaid internship for further student learning, a training manual, and a voucher for students to take the appropriate certification exams through National Glass Association. The NGA“s training programmes will include a new part of ed2go“s skilled trade Career Training Program catalogue, providing an excellent opportunity for students to enhance their skills in this industry.
