The new chairman of the board of the National Glass Association (NGA) is Stephen W. Mort of Don“s Mobile Glass, Inc. in Modesto, California, who has been a supporter of the NGA for many years, having served on the board since 2003. He took up the office of chairman on 7 October 2008 at GlassBuild America in Las Vegas. He will serve a one-year term. Joining Mr. Mort as executive officers are chairman-elect, Kevin McMahon of K-Man Glass Corp. in Bethel, Connecticutt and Treasurer, Steven R. Burnett of Walters & Wolf Curtain Wall, Mukilteo, Washington. Rod Van Buskirk of Bacon & Van Buskirk in Champaign, Illinois, serves as immediate past chairman for the coming year. Wes Topping, Jr. of Belron, Inc. in Commerce City, Colorado, Al Gauntlett, General Glass Co., Inc., Portland, Oregon and Richard Voreis, Consulting Collaborative, Dallas, Texas all leave the board after their dedicated years of service. Bill Evans, Jr. of Evans Glass Co., Nashville, Tennessee, Rich Harrison of Belron US, Columbus, Ohio and Paul Heinauer of Glasspro, Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina all join the board of directors to serve a three-year term. Board members returning for the 2008-2009 term are: Douglas Linderer of Go-Glass Corp., Salisbury, Maryland; Chris Mammen, Mammen Glass & Mirror, Irving, Texas; John Morris of Jack Morris Auto Glass in Memphis, Tennessee; Gregory P.
