The National Glass Association presents the next webinar in its educational webinar series: How to Effectively Resolve Customer Objections (Saying “No”) in Your Business. The webinar, presented by ContactPoint, shows businesses how to take closing ratios from 37% to over 80%. When customers say no to buying products and services, there are many reasons.
