Glass candle-holders sold at Farmers stores across New Zealand have been recalled for safety reasons, the Consumer magazine“s website said on 4 April 2008. Some of the Cascade brand candle-holders sold between Novermber 2007 and February 2008 have a faulty joint which could fail during normal use and create a fire hazard if the candle is alight. The styles being recalled are “Moscow” (9 x 12.5cm) and “Paris” (11 x 9cm, 11 x 11cm and 11 x 16cm).
