All calls will be logged by AFS in detail and monitored to ensure that the driver’s requirement is handled either by AFS or the in-hours team at Nationwide within 24 hours, or sooner in emergency cases. A Motorglass fitter is then assigned to the enquiry from the Nationwide network.
