South Charleston Museum has on show as of 5 September 2009 a new exhibit that celebrates two Belgian craftsmen who created handmade window glass starting in 1907. The exhibit includes the recreation of an interior of the Banner Window Glass factory that was once located in South Charleston. Both the Banner plant and the Dunkirk factory closed after Libbey-Owens started producing machine-made flat glass in the late 1920s in Kanawha City.
