11 February 1999: Indonesia“s PT Mulia Industrindo said it had no immediate plans to divest its subsidiary PT Mulia Glass. “We do not have such plans,” Linda Halim of PT Mulia Industrindo said. She added that Mulia did not have any plans for a corporate action at present in the light of its ongoing debt restructuring process. Recently, dealers said Mulia Industrindo planned to divest 40% of its stake in PT Mulia Glass. PT Mulia Industrindo is a holding company for PT Mulia Ceramics and PT Mulia Glass. It is engaged in the manufacturing of floor tiles, wall tiles, float glass, glass containers, glass blocks and the operation of some financial businesses.
