Five Cypriot companies hold 98.44% of the shares in open joint stock company Lysychanska Soda (Luhansk region), the Ukraine“s second largest soda producer. Kronstaf Management S. A. (Saint Vincent and Grenadines, Commonwealth of Nations), Barat Enterprayzes S. A. (Belize), Geveld Holdingz Ink. (Belize), Olbi Prodakshn Limited (British Virgin Islands), Olstrim Vencherz Limited (Saint Kitts and Nevis, Commonwealth of Nations) disposed of their share holdings in Lysychanska Soda of 22.48%, 14.49%, 14.13%, 19.37% and 23.72% respectively, the company revealed. Gerinos Holdingz Limited, Erdalia Holdingz Limited, Velsus Investments Limited, Orvik Investments Limited, and Oliser Investments Limited, all based in Cyprus, increased their stakes in the Lysychanska Soda statutory fund, and now hold 23.72%, 22.48%, 19.73%, 18.02% and 14.49% respectively. The Russian Soda Company (Russia) closed joint-stock company purchased Lysychanska Soda in August 2007. Lysychanska Sodaended 2006 with a net profit of UAH 76,900, when its net revenues increased by UAH 23.44 million or 13.82% year-on-year to UAH 193.022 million. Russian Soda Company, a closed joint stock company, owns 84% of the Bereznikov soda plant, an open joint-stock enterprise in the Perm region of Russia.
