US speciality foods, glassware and candles manufacturer Lancaster Colony Corp., said in mid-November 2009 that its Board had raised its quarterly cash dividend to 30 cents from 28.5 cents. The dividend will be paid on 31 December 2009 to shareholders of record as of 10 December 2009. Lancaster also announced the re-election of three directors by its shareholders. The directors are James Bachmann, 66, former managing partner at Ernst & Young LLP; Neeli Bendapudi, 46, a marketing professor at Ohio State University; and Lancaster Chief Financial Officer John Boylan, 54.
