Lancaster Colony Corp. said 30 November 2004 that it will receive approximately USD 26 million under a federal anti-dumping subsidy law in December 2004, according to US customs officials. The Columbus, Ohio, manufacturer of specialty foods, automotive products, glassware and candles said this is the fourth year it will be in line for a payment under the law, which distributes funds assessed under anti-dumping orders by US Customs and Border Protection to eligible companies for past qualifying expenditures. The company said in its filing to the Securities and Exchange Commission that it expects to receive the payment in December 2004.
