Kemira Agro is transferring its 300.000 ton-per-year nitric acid plant from Rosenburg in the Netherlands to Tertre in Belgium as part of the company“s restructuring of its European businesses. The Rosenburg site will be closed. At Tertre, some of the current 500,000 ton-per-year nitric acid capacity will be cut to satisfy environmental and cost objectives.
