Turkish glass wool and insulation materials maker Izocam applied for capital increase approval with the Capital Markets Board (SPK) on 18 March 2002. The company will raise its capital to TRL 9.0 trillion from TRL 6.0 trillion. Izocam will carry out the capital increase through a TRL 3.0 trillion bonus issue. As reported, Izocam posted a net profit of TRL 5.8 trillion for 2001 compared to a net profit of TRL 4.1 trillion for 2000.
