During the entire month of October, fitting centres, members of APVA (Associazione dei Professionisti dei Vetri per Auto – Association of Auto Glass Professionals), will offer drivers a free check-up of the windscreen of their cars. The most common problems, such as haze, vibrations, noise and leakage can now be tested in APVA centres by certified technicians, who are also available for suggestions and advice. The aim of APVA“s campaign is, first of all, to present automotive glass in terms of road safety, since many car owners are not aware of the importance of correct windscreen repair and replacement. For this reason APVA is promoting the certification of autoglass technicians and the use of certified products, thus granting the maximum of safety for drivers and passengers.
