The consolidated net profit of Germany“s Isra Vision Systems AG rose to EUR 1.4 million (USD 1.7 million) for the 1Q of financial 2005/2006, ending 30 September 2006, from EUR 1.2 million (USD 1.4 million) for the same period of 2004/2005. Isra Vision reported its balance sheet value increased to EUR 68.1 million (USD 81.2 million) on 31 December 2005 from EUR 67 million (USD 79.9 million) on 30 September 2005. The company“s current orders are valued at more than EUR 17 million (USD 20.3 million). Operating profit at the firm“s Surface Vision division was EUR 9.3 million (USD 11.1 million), up 12% year-on-year. The division“s pre-tax profit reached EUR 1.7 million (USD 2.0 million), up 28%. The operating profit of Isra Vision“s Industrial Automation division was unchanged at EUR 2.9 million (USD 3.5 million) and its pre-tax profit rose to EUR 500,000 (USD 596,000) from EUR 400,000 (USD 477,000). The company expects its turnover will increase for the whole of 2005/2006 and particularly during the 2H of 2005/2006. Isra Vision makes products for surface inspection and robot guidance.
