Intermac Spa recently announced the opening of its Russian branch, thus continuing with the Italian company“s strategy of being present on the worldwide market, with a competent and detailed commercial organization. The Moscow branch, which will be managed by Mikail Krengel, will cover all the territories of the ex Soviet Union. Intermac produces numerically controlled glass- and marble-processing machines, and is also known with the Gieffe and Busetti brand names. Intermac“s Russian branch will represent the fourth office after those of Intermac Asia, in Singapore, Intermac Brazil and Intermac France. According to the company, the Russian branch is another important step in its efforts to be near its clients in a market that has great growth potential with a team dedicated and able to supply, the company says, excellent pre- and post-sales support. The Italian company“s participation at the Moscow Mir Stekla fair in July, marked its official debut, and the company presented some of its vast range of machines going from its NC work centres, to its cutting tables, as well as its automatic lines for the grinding of flat glass.
