The Ukraine“s Hostomel Glass Factory (Kyiv region) has opened three credit lines for a total sum of UAH 13.2 million with Citibank (Ukraine). According to a company statement, the first credit line is worth UAH 5.985 million, the second UAH 4.795 million, and the third UAH 2.462 million. The credit lines are provided for terms of 6, 5 and 4 months respectively. Credit agreements on all three lines were signed on 12 December 2005. The terms of credit provision were not disclosed. In July 2005, Citibank (Ukraine) opened a UAH 3.54 million credit line to Hostomel glass factory. The factory has three glass-melting furnaces with daily capacities of 80, 100, and 180 tons. It specializes in the production of glass bottles for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as containers for the pharmaceutical industry. According to the Agency for the Development of the Stock Market Infrastructure, 23.59% of the shares in the plant belong to one individual.
