A fresh, modern corporate identity underlines the renewed confidence at major glass technology company, Heye International, which will be present at the world“s major glass exhibition, Glasstec (Dsseldorf, Germany, 21-25 October 2008). The firm will launch its new web site during the fair. Pioneering achievements such as the development of Narrow Neck Press and Blow technology, Oxy-Fuel furnaces and its recent developments in Servo technology have allowed the Lower Saxony based specialist to grow its reputation as an innovator and industry leader. “We take great pride in our long-standing links with leading glass packaging manufacturers and brand owners around the world, and the role that we have played in helping them to innovate,” says Heye International“s Jochen Bllert, who, along with fellow director Dirk Prtner, run the company. He adds: “The glass container industry has shown great resilience and a willingness to invest in change. We are well placed to realise its future ambitions and continue to build long-term partnerships in the industry”. “Glasstec gives us the platform to introduce our new identity and showcase our advanced and sophisticated technologies to customers in both existing and emerging markets. It also provides an opportunity to demonstrate how we can support them in the production of glass containers by providing the highest quality products and services”.
