Heinkel AG informed Deutsche Boerse AG in December 2001 that it was terminating its listing in the SMAX grouping of companies, effective as of 15 March 2002. Heinkel attributed its decision to the unsatisfactory development of its share price and to costs associated with the listing, as well as to the market decline in the centrifuge segment.
