Guardian Fiberglass Inc. is reportedly investing USD 9.5 million to expand its operations in Olive Branch, creating 30 jobs. The investment will enable Guardian to update equipment and add manufacturing lines, thus boosting the plant“s capacity to about 70 million pounds of insulation per year. Guardian, currently employs 106 people at its 200,000-sq.ft. Olive Branch, which has been in operations since 1986, manufacturing white and yellow wool fiberglass insulation for residential and commercial use. Guardian“s parent company, Guardian Global, has 40 locations across North America and employs 19,000 people worldwide. Guardian Fiberglass has plants in Arizona, West Virginia, Michigan, Washington and South Carolina, as well as Ontario Canada.
