Graham Packaging Europe, a subsidiary of Graham Packaging Holdings, plans to sell its blow-moulding operation in Blyes, France, to ARCC Holdings BV, a subsidiary of Business Creation Holdings BV, a redevelopment and investment company based in the Netherlands. Details were not disclosed. The sale is part of Graham Packaging“s restructuring in Europe involving the opening of several new plants and the closing or sale of others, the company said. Graham Packaging is a major producer or customized blow-moulded plastic containers. ARCC Holdings will continue blow-moulding activity at the plant, establish a new plastics recycling project there. Graham Packaging operated the facility since the early 1990s and will provide technical assistance to ARCC Holdings BV for 18 months.
