Belgian glass company Glaverbel NV has agreed with British firm Pilkington PLC to jointly develop a Euro 24.8 million glass coating line in the Czech Republic. The plant is due to open in the fourth quarter of 2000 and will be the only vacuum-coated high-insulating glass plant in central Europe.
