Glaverbel Czech a.s., a unit of Glaverbel S.A. which is a part of Japan“s Asahi Glass, launched a Kcs 3 billion tranche of eight-year floating rate notes recently, head manager ABN Amro said. ABN said in a statment that Glaverbel had an option to raise further tranches of up to the total of Kcs 2 billion crowns over the next 18 months. ABN added that the margin on the notes was 31 basis points over the six-month Prague interbank offered rate (PRIBOR), which recently stood at 5.42%.
