At Glasstec 2008, Glaston introduced its new service agreement models Glaston Care and Glaston Care Plus. The models target maximized process availability and possibility for improved production planning as well as meeting final customer demands. This is achieved by means of scheduled service check-ups, documented service history, training and process consultation, spare part inventories and annual replenishments of spare parts. Glaston Care and Glaston Care Plus agreements may also cover the customer“s process and products/machinery outside Glaston“s own branded machines (i.e. Tamglass, Uniglass and Bavelloni). Glaston Care and Glaston Care Plus customers receive top priority in service requests and they also benefit from the discounted rates for additional other services.
