The third edition of International Fair of Glass and Ceramics Production, Processing and Technologies Glass-Tech will be held 9-11 April 2010 at the premises of Kielce Trade Fairs, and is a unique event in the Polish exhibition market. It is an event gathering representatives of the industry who will have an opportunity to meet producers of decorative glass, double-glazing, automotive glass, glass furniture and doors, as well as glassworks“ representatives, glass packaging producers and architects. Moreover, the fair will have on show state-of-the-art furnaces, glass processing equipment, chemical preservative agents, as well as the latest information about glass recycling and utilization. The 2nd International Fair of Glass and Ceramics Production, Processing and Technology Glass-Tech was held 17-19 April 2009. Taking into consideration the demand for glass, which is increasing at a pace higher than the rate of economic growth, Glass-Tech is a special fair event for the glass industry. Therefore, the Targi Kielce company each year emphasizes the importance of exhibited products and services aimed for construction companies, architects, glass companies, developers, furniture manufacturers, glassworks, glass and ceramics producers, as well as other representatives of the glass industry. The range of products and services prepared by this year“s exhibitors encompassed: equipment for the treatment of glass washing water, water jet cutting services; construction, installation and maintenance of glass furnaces, glass extrusion furnaces; glass processing machines and tools, laminating equipment, loose material packaging equipment, diamond tools, spare parts, quarts sand drying ovens, laminated glass, glass and ceramic works of art and objects designed for use in everyday life, mirrors, technical ceramic products. “Glass as a material of the future – Environmentally Friendly Glass Production and Utilization Technologies” is the title of a conference which was held as part of the Glass-Tech fair on 17 April. The organizer of this meeting was also a partner of Glass-Tech, the Employers Association Polskie Szk_o (Polish Glass). Among the accompanying events was also a fair with glass and artistic ceramic products being put on sale. The Targi Kielce company organized Glass-Tech simultaneously with trade fairs such as DOM, OGRD I TY (Garden Fair), Interkamien (International Fair of Stone And Stone Machinery), Venus, Voyager as well as Agrotravel, which was held in Poland for the first time. The fairs were visited by a total of 22,000 people.
