Glass America, one of the largest independently-owned auto glass replacement and repair companies in the US, has become a member of the IGA, the Independent Glass Association. Members of the association, located in all 50 states and 10 countries internationally, are committed to the professional and ethical installation of glass in a safe and proper manner. After attending several conferences over the last few years, I“ve been very impressed with the leadership and goals of the IGA. We“re very much looking forward to utilizing the training programmes and certification programmes to further enhance Glass America“s level of customer satisfaction, said David Rohlfing, president of Glass America. The IGA is a very strong voice for promoting safe glass installations, through AGRSS, and that resonates with Glass America. We look forward to being an active member and supporting the IGA in any way we can. I hope that everyone embraces the goals of the IGA. We are happy to see that Glass America, one of the largest independently owned companies that meet the IGA membership criteria, has become a member. By doing so, Glass America has aligned itself with high quality independent shops that see a strong future in the auto glass industry, said Patrick Smith, IGA director of operations. Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, Glass America has 94 service centres conducting business under the names Glass America and Auto Glass Service located across the US.
