For.El. presents its new and completely updated website – www.forelspa.com – both in terms of graphics and of contents. The new website is more dynamic in the flow of contents and new services for clients, making available a user-friendly and intuitive interface, based on the most recently available web technologies. The idea of the new website came from the will to bring together both paper and digital sources on a single support, thus uniforming the information regarding its plants. The section dedicated to the company“s products, divided as per process, gives a synthetic description of the selected products and other relative information such as photos, 360 visualization, video streaming, as well as the possibility of downloading brochures in PDF format to then print or send by email. There is also a reserved area, where For.El.“s sales people can access updated and enhanced services and be connected to the company. Another highly innovative service is that of the information that the company wishes to convey to the public and to the press of the glass sector: the website includes, on the home page, in the Fairs and Events, Technological Innovations, and Sport and Culture sections, articles in English and Italian which can be published on request. Clients can also access a new assistance service: For.El. Live Service, a video diagnostics on board the machine that enables the live analysis or the direct identification of the parts to be substituted. A consolidated relationship of transparency with clients in post-sales that, today, has improved even more thanks to the most modern technologies of video streaming, file sharing and wireless connection.
