Dr. Pavelka is one of the founders of Semilab and headed the R&D activity of the company from its founding in 1990 until recently. During this period the original portfolio of electrical material characterization techniques, such as DLTS, µPCD carrier lifetime measurement, have considerably been widened to the current range of 32 product lines including even optical techniques.
